Salary £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + Benefits
Flame Health’s Pharmacy Division are currently recruiting for a private hospital in the Bath area.
Our client require a full-time Unit Lead Pharmacist to oversee the Pharmacy operation to include Inpatient, Daycase and Outpatient services, with the majority of patients undergoing private treatment, although the proportion of NHS patients are ever increasing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Professional seeking to join a unique and energetic organisation, and undertake a challenging role to lead and develop its Pharmacy services.
As the Unit Lead Pharmacist you will be supported by a further Pharmacist and Technician in the unit, under the guidance of the Chief Pharmacist . The responsibilities of this role covers all aspects of Medicines Management (Prescribing, dispensing, risk, governance, ordering and supply) as well as the provision of training, continuous improvement, clinical auditing and ensuring that the performance of the service is to the highest standards.
