Monday - Wednesday; 8am - 5pm, Thursday; 8am - 7pm and Fridays; 8am - 4pm
Salary dependant on experience
Flame Health Dentistry are seeking a Dental Nurse in the Southampton area, on behalf of an established and modern independent dental practice.
Our client are currently looking for a dedicated Dental Nurse to join their passionate and caring team. They are a reputable fully private dental practice, located in the heart of Southampton City Centre. Since taking over this long-established private Dental Practice, they have build a good reputation with patients for the teams ability to provide calm, gentle yet very thorough treatments. Nearly all new patients have been referred to by their friends and family due to this reputation.
You will have the experience and opportunity to:
Provide a high level of chair side nursing support during all treatment procedures, including routine dental treatment, cosmetic treatments, implants, orthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery treatments
Carry out decontamination/sterilisation procedures
Provide a high level of customer service and patient care
Produce in-house lab work (with training)
Envolvement with CQC procedures/maintenance
Reception duties; booking appointments, taking payments, discussing treatment, answering the telephone, meeting and greeting patients, administrative duties - knowledge of Exact is an advantage.

The perfect candidate will be:
Fully qualified and GDC registered with Hep B immunisation
Experience with SOE Exact programme
Experience of working with private patients
Flexible with working hours. The hours of work may vary according to business needs
High standards of personal care and appearance, along with good written and spoken English
Live locally in Southampton the area
Above all, a positive and pro-active attitude
