Flame Health Pharmacy are recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager in the Tilbury area for a well established Independent.  We’re looking for people who want to make a difference by being patient focus and going the extra mile.

As a manager, you will provide regular training and make sure that colleagues know their products and understand legal requirements.

Also, If you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community and could help to maintain excellent customer loyalty. It’s a great experience that will prepare you for even bigger challenges 

They have an online pharmacy working alongside the branch where they support care homes in the area.  It is a NHS approved pharmacy run by pharmacist and healthcare professionals. The plan is to integrate the two in the near future.

About you:

Experience of working in a community pharmacy.
Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
Ideally have experience of leading a team.
Experience of coaching and developing people.
