Flame Health Pharmacy are recruiting for a Pharmacist Manager in the North London area for a well established Independent covering maternity leave. There may be potential for this to become a permanent opportunity within the group in the future.
Our client has been established for the last 30 yrs. They are a independent chain of retail community pharmacies based across the UK, providing a wide range of NHS and Private services. Their aim is to place customers at the centre of what they do. Whether it's helping people stay healthy, developing services to meet customer's needs, they take pride in there comprehensive and professional healthcare service.
They are looking for Pharmacist who looks to build strong relationships within the community and provide an excellent service. Working in the community is a big part of working for our client and when you visit their pharmacies you can instantly see just how much they care.
They provide expert health and wellbeing advice to customers in the communities they serve and what unites them is their passion to help and support people.
About the role:
You’ll provide an outstanding clinical service to their customers
You’ll manage the Pharmacy day-to-day.
Spot areas in which improvements to their services can be made.
Responsible for training, coaching and inspiring your colleagues.
