Flame Health has been instructed to recruit an Optometrist in Guernsey. This is your chance to be part of something different and join a Welcoming, team oriented and dependable practice.

Our client is a leading Optical Franchise business, that is looking for an optometrist to start ideally in January/February 2021.

You will use your outstanding qualifications and passion for optometry, to provide an exceptional level of care to your patients, you will ideally be MECS accredited with OCT experience, however, full training and support will be provided if not. 

You will be working within a team of Optometrists and be supported by an experienced team, you will create a culture where everyone is professional, friendly and passionate about the patient journey and overall patient experience.

As an Optometrist you must be able to combine a real professional interest in your field with a passion for providing exceptional standards of service, this will give you the opportunity to really drive the business from the consulting room. 

Our client puts their clinicians at the heart of the business and wants you to bring your personality into the day to day running of the business in order to build lasting relationships with colleagues, customers and healthcare professionals within the local community. To help you develop these relationships, they ensure you will be given opportunities beyond holding clinics - such as supervising pre-registration students, working in community schemes or managing practices.
 
The practice provides Cataract Post op, Cataract referrals Children's eye tests, glaucoma services and diabetic eye tests.
