Flame Health Optometry are looking to recruit an Optical Advisor to join an exciting and forward thinking Independent in the Nottingham area.

As an Optical Advisor, you’ll make sure every customer receives a warm welcome and has a positive experience when they come into the practice. You will work to NHS guidelines (as well as our clients own high standards), give good, clear advice and make a positive impression throughout, thanks to your polite and professional approach.
The role involves general reception duties including meet and greeting patients, answering the telephone, booking appointments, pre-screening patients before seeing the optometrist, advise customers on frame and lens choices, handle collections, repairs, adjustments and fittings as well as dispensing.
