Flame Health are looking for a salaried GP to work around 6 sessions  at a very popular surgery in the Bognor area . 

If you are looking to work within a fully supported team of healthcare professionals, this West Sussex role is for you. 

This forward thinking practice is in a bustling Seaside town and has just received a Good CQC rating in a recent inspection. This growing practice is now looking for a friendly and positive GP to join them and continue the success of  positive survey results and patient satisfaction.
This practice has embraced the use of technology and encourage video and Online consultations and will support remote working where possible sitting nicely alongside the more traditional face and phone appointments.

The main responsibilities of your role as a general practitioner will include: 

• Video/Face Consultations, telephone consultations and queries
• Assessing the healthcare needs of your patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
• checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork, reports and correspondence in a timely fashion and compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions
• Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting medical problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcare workers within the organisation
• Collecting data for audit purposes and complying with QOF requirements
• Screening your patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
• Developing care plans with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols
• Recording clear consultation notes to a high standard
• All general duties and responsibilities associated with GP working

Salary is Negotiable per session and will be flexible for the right GP, you will be rewarded also with a generous annual leave package, supported with continued professional development and flexibility with your work pattern and hours
