Job Role:
Assisting patients in selecting high-quality eyewear from exclusive designer collections
Providing expert advice on lenses, frames, and styling to meet individual patient needs
Managing bookings, patient records, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience
Maintaining a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in line with the premium brand identity
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Dispensing Optician previous experience in an optical, luxury retail, or customer service role is preferred
A passion for fashion, eyewear, and delivering a first-class customer experience
A confident communicator with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit team
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for style and aesthetics
Willingness to learn and grow within a high-end optometry setting
