Are you looking for a new position within an exciting and rewarding environment? Flame Health’s Audiology division have a fantastic new opportunity available for a HCPC registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and Trainer to join our client in North-East Birmingham.
The company in question are a well-established private hearing care specialist who have other branches and partner companies for you to work from in South Birmingham. The role will combine both your clinical and commercial abilities in order to achieve best practice.
Within this position you will lead the company training program, especially the training of Micro-suction. There is also scope for finical rewards based on achieving targets set on both sales and customer service, in addition to this there will be the opportunity to progress your career further, growing with the Company.
The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate strong communication and training skills, a passion for patient satisfaction & achieving sales targets and objectives, will need to be a fully registered Hearing Aid Dispenser and Micro-suction qualified.
