Flame Health Optometry are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join an award-winning opticians based in South West London.
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll make sure every customer receives a warm welcome and has a positive experience when they come into the practice, You will be responsible for 16 members of staff which will include staff appraisal's, training, KPI'S and the day to day running of the shopfloor.
This opportunity will suit a candidate looking for the next stage in his or hers career. You will be heavily supported and moulded into a management role over time.
