As experienced Hearing Care professionals, their hearing care JVPs bring considerable field knowledge and management experience along with a real drive and ambition to succeed. To become a joint venture partner, you will need to demonstrate the skills and competency to lead a successful optical business. Working a full 40-hour week, you will provide direct hearing care to their customers whilst also managing the day-to-day running of the business.
If you feel you have the potential but not the capital; our client are offering another pathway into this fantastic opportunity.  This allows them to discuss opportunities with fantastic candidates who show great potential, but may not feel they have the capital to become a JVP.
As part of this comprehensive and detailed process, you will spend 6 months at a host store training and getting to know the organisation’s diverse range of services and business processes. You will learn how to build and manage your business so you are competent once your initial training is completed. Throughout your development, you will receive a competitive base salary of £40,000 during your training period, and be guaranteed a store once you successfully complete this process.
