Flame Health Optometry are working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Opticians to recruit for a Contact Lens Optician for one of their practices based in the Harlow area. Your role will be to personally deliver a contact lens fitting and aftercare service to a consistently high clinical and customer service standard which drives both sales and profit.
As part of your core role will be to carry out contact lens fitting, all aspects of aftercare and deal with general inquiries from customers about contact lenses. You will be familiar with all of the equipment in the store and use this to provide the best clinical care and to promote contact lenses to new patients.
You will also spend time reporting back to the director, offering analysis of contact lens sales as well as actively providing your ideas on how to improve and boost contact lens patients at your store.
