Flame Health Dentistry are currently looking to recruit an Associate Dentist in Central Nottingham, to work Full - Time.
Our client is committed to providing first class NHS and affordable private dentistry to local communities, to improve people’s oral hygiene and dependent wellbeing, and to support dental health and education programmes. This client is unique amongst dental practices, as they understand the need for dental surgeons to have clinical freedom and an organisation that backs the need to develop further clinical skills through ongoing education and clinical support. All dentists in the small group are highly trained and receive up to date training and support to keep them abreast with new technologies and excellence.
Applicants will be GDC registered and have an active performer number as this is an NHS role. Our client are ideally looking for someone who is able to work 5 days per week, and to deliver around 6500 UDAs. The practice runs its own private plan that will provide the dentist with monthly fixed payments, and afford the dentist 1 day of private work per week, usually on a Friday.
As a result of their growth they are able to provide career paths to capable Dentists that allow the development of new skills, experience and levels of responsibility, with commensurate financial reward. They are also active in innovative procedures and programmes to deliver oral health care that will expand the horizons and opportunities of dentists at any stage of their working life. For the right individual the opportunity to become a partner and to eventually take over the practice is possible.
