REC's JobsOutlook: November

The latest JobsOutlook survey from the REC has been released and we round up some of the key points: 
Whilst the UK unemployment rate remains unchanged at 4.8%, the survey has uncovered that hiring intentions remain strong and their analysis suggests that employer confidence has stabilised.
There has been some positive news for those looking for a new job or working within the recruitment sector, as hiring remains steady with 25% of employers intending to increase their permanent head count.

25% of employers* believe that new funds to support regional economic growth should be top of the list in today's Autumn Statement. 18% of employers would encourage more incentives to help start-ups and SMEs employ new workers.
