New Dental Receptionist Position Based in North Birmingham

Flame Health are seeking a capable private Dental Receptionist, with or without Dental Nursing experience.
The candidate needs to be experienced in the industry and preferably with some private practice experience, but lesser experienced candidates could be considered for an outstanding and ambitious applicant.
Candidates need to show the maturity and confidence to work across this varied role, having the knowledge and know how to ensure patient satisfaction.
This is a challenging role but a very rewarding role for a candidate who wants to take the next step in their career. There is scope to further develop the position within the organisation itself, in areas including; Sales, Financial advice, marketing and overall management.
The successful candidate will work closely with the owners to further develop the position. There will also be scope for professional development and further training as required.
The salary and package that is on offer will be at the top end of the pay scale for this type of role and will be dependent on experience. - Candidates who do not have a dental nursing qualification, could have nurse training provided.
