Flame Health Optical Sales are looking for a seasoned professional, within the optical industry and based in the Midlands, to use specific marketing tools and proven training processes to support our client’s customers.
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years’ experience in Account Manager role, or retail optics and totally embrace the technology, the importance of digital measuring devices, personalisation in lenses and the patient journey. In practice experience is essential, as is a commercial mind set.
You could be in field sales, currently working in practice or you could just be someone with clear commercial aptitude and ambition. What is important is your excellent communication and presentation skills, your ability to quickly learn information about the company’s products and processes and be able to train customer teams to improve their customer experience.
