Flame Health Optical Sales are seeking a Practice Development Consultant, in the south-east London area, for our client who are a leading Contact Lens business. The right person will operate as an Ambassador for the company with a comprehensive understanding of their philosophy, an in depth knowledge of the company’s portfolio of products and a strong commercial acumen to support/guide practices to realise the joint business plans.

For this position:

• You will be a qualified Optometrist (GOC) or Contact Lens Optician
• Have 5 years contact lens experience with experience of fitting a variety of brands of contact lenses and optometric practice generally
• Have knowledge and experience in a territory/regional management role (target driven) beneficial, with a proven track record of appropriate achievements
• Show commercial awareness/business acumen of the vision care market and or pharmaceutical industry; knowledge and understanding of products, services and marketplace
• High clinical practice skills
