Flame Health’s Optometry division are currently recruiting for a qualified Optometrist and a qualified Dispensing Optician to join a well-established Independent Opticians based in Waltham Abbey, Essex.  These are both full-time positions inclusive of working Saturdays.

As an Optometrist you will be testing at 25 minutes working with the latest in clinical technology e.g. OCT. You will also have full support from an experienced and qualified Dispensing Optician.
On offer is a competitive salary package of circa £50,000 this includes a fantastic base salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience plus, a generous performance related bonus scheme, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, life insurance, support for professional higher education plus more!

As a Dispensing Optician you should have extensive and up to date product, technical and professional knowledge with an understanding of clinical governance.  Ideally you will have extensive experience of working within the optical industry working with a high-end product range. You will work independently and also assist with management and supervision.
On offer is a competitive base salary of up to £25,000 per annum plus a generous performance related bonus scheme, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare and life insurance. Career progression will also be available for the right individual.
