Deputy Head Teacher (SEBD & ASC) – Devon, South West
Flame Care are currently recruiting for a Deputy Head Teacher / Principal for a day school based within Devon for young people aged 10-18 with SEBD and ASC conditions, normally who have been excluded from main stream education.  Our client are dedicated to safeguarding and the wellbeing of all of the pupils.
For over 35 years our client has been providing specialist residential schools, care and education for children and young adults with autism, Asperger syndrome, severe learning disabilities, challenging behavior and complex needs and their services are rated as ’trusted providers’ by Ofsted and CQC.

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic person who can show a commitment, determination and professional skills to ensure that each young person makes excellent progress. They are interested in your drive, commitment and your leadership skills. You will need to be resilient and patient, with a real passion for working with young people.
