Flame Health Monthly Update – May 2015

With summer slowly creeping up Spring is in the air at last and April has definitely been brightened up here at Flame Health! It’s also shaping up to be a successful season for all the teams. Here is a summary of last month’s success, as well as the exciting new positions we currently have available.
Last Month Flame Health team attended Optrafair 2015 at the NEC. As expected, we thoroughly enjoyed Optrafair and had a great time meeting everyone who came to say hello, it was a great success for us. A large number of new candidates were generated some of whom are at interview already! New vacancies were registered from our existing clients and we were able to put faces to names and get a real insight to their business.
Flame Care had a fantastic month in April especially within the Special Education Needs sector successfully placing a Deputy Head Teacher and an Assistant Head Teacher for a brand new ASD School, as well as a Teacher within a new school catering for children that come from CAMHS services.
Flame Care currently have a range of new positions available including a Social Care Quality Improvement Lead, Regional Operations Manager and candidates working within private Special Education Needs Schools and Colleges. Whilst also working with a new client who is currently looking to recruit qualified Nurses, Deputy Home Managers and Nurse Managers within the North West and Yorkshire regions. Flame Health Pharmacy has had another great month in April, with a placement in the Republic of Ireland for a support Pharmacist whilst also taking new vacancies across the UK, including Ireland, for qualified Pharmacists, Prescribing Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers.
April was a very impressive month for the Flame Health Optometry team. An impressive array of placements was made across our client base, including Optometrists, Optical Assistants, Dispensing Opticians and Managers. Our new recruit Alison made her first placement with one of our high profile clients. Congratulations Alison!
The buoyancy within Optical Sales continued throughout April, promising that we will be very busy throughout Spring especially after being punctuated by Optrafair and, over the 3 days of the exhibition, we managed to engage with candidates we have placed, clients we have successfully worked with and there was even room to register new candidates and discuss our services with new clients. As we approach the new financial year, there are a healthy number of our clients reviewing their recruitment budgets, which bodes well in respect of number of vacancies we will be working on.

Flame Health Dentistry has had a busy month with many Dentist and Management placements. We have some excellent new opportunities, especially for Dentists looking for private options. We have new positions across the United Kingdom including Cardiff, Bristol and Cheltenham, with other good mixed practice options in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Dorset, Devon, Sheffield and Nottingham.
Within Healthcare, we are witnessing unprecedented levels of activity, with new and diverse vacancies coming through daily. With excellent placements made throughout the country, we are now keen to speak to a NHS Director of Operations candidate in the East Midlands for a fantastic position we have. We have new positions for GPs across the United Kingdom, including; North & West Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Essex, Kent, Avon, Newcastle, London and much more. Whilst also having exclusive positions in the West Midlands area for Lead, Salaried and Partners.
