September is upon us and as the kids go back to school and holiday season draws to a close, here at Flame Health we are reflecting on a successful summer.
August was another great month for the Flame Health Optometry team, with plenty of activity being seen across all key clients and a healthy number of important placements being made. Katie, our Junior Partner, is edging ever closer to her well-deserved promotion and spirits in the team are high! The next quarter for the Flame Health Optometry team looks very promising as we head into the autumn months.
Flame Health Cosmetic Surgery had a great August, placing a Clinic Manager and Aesthetics Nurse in London and Cambridge respectively. We have also taken on some exciting new roles in Reading, Birmingham and the North-East. Flame Health Private Healthcare have had a very busy August, with lots of opportunities for theatre staff coming to light in Nottinghamshire. August also saw the successful placements of Staff Nurses in this area of the country. We experienced a large increase in the number of GP vacancies which we are now actively recruiting for across the country. We are seeking Lead GPs in the Skipton and Basildon areas, and GP Managers in central London and Dartford. We also have a 6 month fast-track to management role for an Assistant Manager in Berkshire which would suit medical managers from other sectors looking to move into GP management. If this sounds like you, get in touch today!
Flame Health Pharmacy have successfully helped to recruit staff for part of an exciting, brand new pharmacy concept in London over the past four weeks. We have also placed Pharmacy Managers on the outskirts of London and have taken on new roles in the South of the UK, Lincolnshire and Ipswich. August was a positive month for Flame Health Optical Sales with new clients, new vacancies and new candidates! Despite August being a traditionally difficult month due to many people taking annual leave, we experienced plenty of positive activity which included two of our candidates starting new roles with one of our key clients. We still have some fantastic Frame Agent and Area Lens Consultant roles in various parts of the UK available, and welcome applications from sales professionals.
Flame Vets have continued to see vacancies being added several times within the past month, proving again that the sector is in good health. We would urge Veterinary candidates to get in touch with us immediately, given that we have so many great opportunities available at the moment. High calibre Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses are always in demand, so please call and speak to our friendly and helpful team today!
August has seen a large increase in vacancies across the Dentistry sector.  We currently have a vacancy for a private Dentist in Nottingham, and a private Dental practice for sale in Lincolnshire. Flame Care had another busy month in August, successfully placing a Deputy Director of Care Services into one of our major clients. We currently have a number of fantastic positions within Special Education Needs schools and are looking to speak to all Head Teacher / Principals and Special Education Needs Teachers looking for a new opportunity. We are also looking to speak to Home Managers who hold the RGN qualification, as we have a number of fantastic opportunities within care and nursing homes across the country.
