Were you a Pharmacist involved in the NHS reform debate?
Pharmacists at the C & D Senate commented that they were wary about the NHS reforms, stating that they could create inequalities between regions as well as between independents and multiples. These comments came after 66 per cent of respondents to C+D's Senate Survey said they were "very concerned" they would lose out on services under the new NHS.
GPs argued that pharmacists could do "much better" under the new NHS structure, which will see GPs leading the commissioning of local health services.
