Flame Health Pharmacy are looking for highly motivated pharmacy managers work within a brand new pharmacy store in this popular area of Portsmouth.
As pharmacy manager your role will involve emphasising the importance of clinical governance and investing time in the training of your colleagues. Proactively developing pharmacy sales, services and profitability in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner, you will adhere to legal, ethical and company requirements/systems. Added to this, you will manage the department and develop individual staff competence, as well as a high performing pharmacy team, making sure you develop, implement and share best practices. Focusing on the day-to-day business, as well as medium-term operation, you will be expected to regularly audit staff, services, systems, records and standards.
To be considered for this pharmacy manager role you must have a pharmacy degree, professional registration and community pharmacy experience.
