Flame Health Pharmacy are looking for highly motivated pharmacy manager to work within the number 1 store in this popular Pharmacy company, you will want to make a real difference in Pharmacy and be rewarded heavily for your efforts.

You will have every opportunity to lead and shape your practice and put it right at the heart of the store. This will involve emphasising the importance of clinical governance and investing time in the training of your colleagues. Proactively developing Pharmacy sales, services and profitability in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner, you will adhere to legal, ethical and Company requirements/systems. Added to this, you will manage the department and develop individual staff competence, as well as a high performing Pharmacy team, making sure you develop, implement and share best practices.

Focusing on the day-to-day business, as well as medium-term operation, you will be expected to regularly audit staff, services, systems, records and standards.

You must have a pharmacy degree, professional registration and community pharmacy experience.
