Professional Recruitment is changing - are you?
Recruitment as a sector has changed dramatically since inception, especially over the last decade. Diversification of services and sectors that recruitment companies operate within has forced changes to the service offerings and the subsequent service levels the end user now receives.

One of the biggest drivers of change across the recruitment sector has been the Internet, which has played a major part in how people interact with recruitment companies and subsequently find new opportunities.

Over the coming years, we can expect to see major changes again and this will be interesting to see how the recruitment sector adapts to accommodate changes such as: A shortage of talent and skills becoming a major factor across all sectors, increases in immigration, an ageing population, greater ethnic diversity, all meaning that recruitment is becoming far more complicated, sophisticated and strategic than ever before.
