UK health recruitment gets better and better

Selective recruitment – a new vision
Flame Health launch stunning new branding at Optrafair 2005

Optrafair (April, 2005) proved the ideal platform for Flame Health to launch their new corporate image, along with striking adverts in trade press. The show proved, as always, to be an excellent opportunity to meet up with candidates, clients, partners and suppliers. Through their initiatives working with the AOP, the company were also one of the sponsors of the ACE lectures at the exhibition. Overall the weekend proved to be a major success for Flame Health.

Scott Liversidge, Managing Director explains: ‘Selective Recruitment’ is the statement that underpins our new advertising campaign and our business activities. Our resolve in selecting only the most talented professionals for our clients, the most progressive businesses for our candidates and the most knowledgeable and dedicated consultants for our recruitment teams is the key to our ongoing growth. Optrafair is the key event for people working within the Optometry industry, and we were delighted to reveal our new branding to our peers at the event.”

In just four years, Flame Health has built an enviable reputation and client base in the health market. To continue to stay ahead of the competition and attract the best candidates in the marketplace, Scott Liversidge and his team felt the time was right to update their advertising, marketing materials and website to maintain their creative edge.

“The new approach reflects how the Flame Health brand has developed into a more intellectual proposition focused on selectively matching quality candidates to quality clients,” commented Drew Durning, from advertising agency The Byron Group. “The sophisticated imagery reflects the target audience: specialist health professionals,” he added.

The stylish look has received a very positive response from clients and candidates alike, and has seen advertising response increase dramatically - further strengthening Flame Health’s position.

If you are one of the many candidates and clients already using www.flamehealth.com, you will have noticed the striking new look and feel of the website.

Scott Liversidge concludes: “Health recruitment is unique and warrants a selective approach. By acting in the best interests of our clients and candidates, we will continue to evolve, providing bespoke solutions for 2005 and beyond.”
