Flame Health to provide CPD certified training in partnership with the BDPMA
Starting at the end of the year, Flame Health in partnership with the British Dental Practice Managers Association (BDPMA), will be providing CPD certified training on the subject of recruitment and retention within the dental market.
The courses will focus on the recruitment process, what is involved and how to get the best out of this often neglected process. The areas that will be covered are:
- Identification of suitable candidates
- Job specification and the importance of it
- How to prepare for an Interview
- Induction of new members of the team
David Gilbert, Flame Health’s Training and Development Manager, will be conducting these interactive seminars across the country, due to take place in Edinburgh, Warrington, Nottingham, Plymouth, Bristol, London and Fareham.
David Gilbert comments “This is a very exciting opportunity for both the BDPMA and Flame Health. The recruitment process is a very important part of running and developing a successful practice and but unfortunately it is also something which often overlooked. The interactive seminars will provide practice managers with the tools to successfully manage a recruitment campaign”
