CLEARVIEW Training is led by optical professionals. Its aims are to deliver high quality educational training conferences to the combined Optical professions.
Jane Macnaughton , Director of CLEARVIEW Training has over ten years experience in organising and delivering educational programmes for Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians. Jane is also responsible for the successful implementation of the City University Pre-registration Programme.
'I believe that the programmes we have developed strongly reflect current trend and market forces and I believe that we deliver well a balanced programme of events which will appeal to both Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians.
It is our aim to develop our programmes in line with regular feedback from clients. The subject matter covered will be the most up to date and will be led by a diverse number of experienced speakers from all professional backgrounds.'
Jane has worked extensively within the Hospital Eye Service, and within both multiple and independent practice. She has been a visiting lecturer at City University for a number of years, and is both an Examiner for the College of Optometrists and a College Assessor. She has authored several articles and papers on clinical skills and visual impairment and is the author of the Eye Essentials: Low Vision Assessment.
David Gilbert , Training & Development Manager for Flame Health Ltd. is a regular speaker at many of our courses. His lecture and workshop presentations focus on the current employment marketplace, recruitment and retention, interview techniques and employers expectations. We are delighted to continue our relationship with David and Flame Health in what has become a valuable contribution to our conference agenda.
