Based in Nottingham, your role would be primarily office based with a remit to manage existing accounts, develop new relationships with some of the worlds leading health organisations, interview all levels of candidates from senior through to executive and to manage the desk against budget.

The ideal candidate will have an existing background within the permanent recruitment sector with a successful track record and have the ability to account manage at the highest level as well as business develop in a competitive arena. A background within the health sector is desirable although not essential, as full training will be given.

Recruitment Resourcer - Nottingham

Flame Health is currently recruiting for a resourcer to join their head office team in Nottingham.

Your role would be primarily office based with a remit to manage and co-ordinate the internal database, website and associated programs which are vital to the operation of the business along with Resourcing for roles of all levels within the health sector.

The ideal candidate will have an existing background within the recruitment sector in a Resourcing capacity, be IT literate to a high standard and have previous experience of working with web based programs. An excellent telephone manner is also a prerequisite.
