Flame Health are currently working with a very popular Healthcare company who are looking for a SCPHN qualified Health Visitor

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Health Visitor to join this great team in Essex

The right person for this role would be a committed Band 6 Health Visitor who will join a dedicated team who are continually reviewing the way they deliver local services in order to have an impact on the development and wellbeing of children in South Essex.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

· Plans, develop, implement and evaluate programmes
· To work within the Children Act 2004
· Help and manage health promotion activities with children, young people and their families.
· To work closely with other professionals within the group
· To prescribe as appropriate from the Nurse prescribers formulary
· Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care package
· Prioritises own work in line with areas of highest risk and confident to delegate work to the wider skill mix within your team if needed
· Complete all records within your given time frame
· Work effectively with a wide range of diverse people to identify their concerns about health and wellbeing
. Responsible for referring children and young people to other disciplines and outside contacts.

You will be an NMC Registered Nurse or Midwife with a Specialist Public Health Nursing qualification
