Salary : £42,000-47,000 p.a.

Flame Health Pharmacy division are currently recruiting for a nationwide Pharmacy chain. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of great customer service and leading your team to deliver results. You will also manage profit and loss, oversee budgets and roll out our long term business strategy. On top of this you will have day to day responsibility for your team, stock, operational and GPhC standards and delivering Pharmacy Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
You will also be conducting performance reviews, recognising internal talent and developing the Pharmacy team.
