An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified dispensing optician (FBDO) to join this global company as a Technical Services Manager.

The company has an unrivalled reputation for its products which span the optical and scientific markets. Working in their U.K headquarters in North Buckinghamshire, you will become part of a successful team with scope for ongoing career development.

Your prime responsibility is to efficiently and effectively handle technical customer queries and to instil confidence in the company’s customers that the level of knowledge and professionalism within the Customer Services team is second to none.

You will also provide appropriate training both internally and externally, ensuring that the company’s product is fully understood. As an applicant it is of paramount importance that you have excellent product knowledge, therefore you need to be at the forefront of lens technology. This would suit an individual that wants to change their working environment from a practice based role to a corporate setting.
