We are currently recruiting for Optometrists for an inspirational and fast growing optical retailer, who is continuing to expand throughout the U.K. This supportive and professional employer is seeking an optometrist in the Whitstable area.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment embracing new challenges and providing your input to both patients and colleagues. From day one you will be provided with a strong support network enabling you to concentrate on what you do best. Each practice benefits from a good level of equipment as well as well trained support staff and manager.

The company is extremely flexible in terms of working days; a full time optometrist would be preferred however they would be receptive to those who wanted to work part time. Experience levels are not an issue and they would welcome newly qualified optometrists. Experienced optometrists are also welcomed to apply as they feel that this adds great value to the business. For those who are locumming and are becoming jaded by the travelling or lack of continuity then this could be a great opportunity to become part of a team, have a regular team and develop their own patient base.

The ideal candidate will ideally be self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team ensuring they become an integral part of the practices success. Your clinical abilities will be matched by your commercial awareness, as you will be able to perpetuate business from within the consulting room by ascertaining the patient’s needs in relation to their lifestyle.
