This is an excellent opportunity for either a newly qualified or experienced optometrist to join this well respected independent optometric practice on the Cambridgeshire, Essex Border.

The company is extremely progressive and has just benefited from a recent practice refit. With heavy investment in optometric equipment and products the company is able to provide excellent customer service to all its patients.

As the optometrist you will also have access to Optomap enabling you to perform thorough eye examinations. You will be responsible for carrying out eye examinations, contact lens fitting and aftercare, for new patients you will have 45 minute appointment times and with existing patients 30 minutes.

This role would suit someone that enjoys providing excellent levels of customer service as well as wanting to continually develop as well as having clinical diversity therefore this could be an ideal opportunity from someone to make the transition to the independent sector.

Your working week will be Tuesday to Saturday, on Saturday you will finish at 1pm, giving you two and a half days off each week. This could be perfect for those who want a long weekend!

The successful candidate will receive an excellent starting salary which will be continually reviewed depending on progress, 25+ days’ holiday and Bank Holidays, professional fees, CET, pension and career opportunities.
