Flame Health Optometry - Optical Advisor Job - Epping:

A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Optical Advisor in Epping working for a franchise of one of the leading multiples in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Optical Advisor to join the team and build on an already successful practice. The position is available immediately. The candidate will be involved with all types of dispensing, reception/administration duties, pre screening and field tests and also other Optical Advisor duties. The candidate should be well presented, have excellent communication skills and want to further their career within optics. The practice is based in busy shopping centre and there is free parking available close by along with good public transport links. The practice supplies a varied range of products including well respected designer names, so appeals to a wide customer base, with an average dispense of £180. The practice has a comfortable open plan space and provides a professional, comfortable atmosphere for both staff and patients. The aim of the company is to be customer focused, non pushy and build strong relationships with customers.

You will be expected to work 38 hours a week over a 5 day period and also receive a generous 25 days holiday + bank holidays. They are offering a superb salary ranging from £12k to £15k, depending on the candidate’s experience and skill base. Also career progression and training/development are available in the line of a dispensing course equivalent to that of a diploma which will be fully funded for someone who shows commitment and interest.
