Flame Health Optometry - Optical Dispensing Manager Job - Devon:

An ambitious and self-motivated Dispensing Optician, with management experience, is being sought in beautiful market town in the West Country to join one of the leading optical groups.

Our client has a proven track record in developing and providing excellent career paths for individuals through their recognised training and development channels.

You will be working within the Devon area, which is based close to the A386. The practice boasts state of the art equipment and an air-conditioned environment and is complemented by a supportive team.

As a Optical Dispensing Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the practice and be responsible for taking control of the dispensing, frame and lens buying and control cost of sales. You will be clinically sensitive to the needs of the patient, yet understand the commercial requirements of the business.

Previous management experience and the ability to push sales and motivate others to achieve targets and objectives.
