We are currently working with a leading multiple in the Berkshire area who are now recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join their reputable team.

As an Assistant Manager your role will be to assist the Store Manager with the running of the store. To deliver exceptional customer service every day, to meet and exceed the customer’s needs and to demonstrate our company philosophy of total customer satisfaction.Your day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:

To exercise clinical judgment with regard to current “Best Practice” and college guidelines.
To demonstrate flexibility with respect to the appointment book system and respect patient appointment times.
To recommend available products and services in order to achieve an informed and satisfied customer in a clear and concise manner.
To communicate any professional information to store management that may either affect the quality of product or customer service.
To play an active role in the provision of in-store training for associate store team.
To ensure that recommendations for the customer are effectively communicated to the associate in the presence of the customer.
