Flame Health Optometry are currently working on behalf of a very successful independent practice located within the Bexleyheath area, to recruit an experienced or newly qualified Optometrist. This is a fantastic career move for anyone who is looking to progress their skills and experience further as an Optometrist working within a practice with high clinical standards.

Our client specialises within Glaucoma and is happy to support anyone to become accredited and specialised within this field. In addition, they also offer fully funded and supported further education courses such as MECS and IP.

As an Optometrist you will be working alongside 2-3 Optometrists on a day to day basis testing at 35 minutes with pre-screening done. The practice is fully equipped with all the latest in technology including OCT.

For your hard work and dedication our client offers a very rewarding package which includes a competitive basic salary, an annual generous bonus scheme with previous employee’s seen to earn £6,000 per year, an pay rise after the first 12 months (depending on performance,) incentives such as trips to Paris, private healthcare cover, pension contribution through NEST and a discount on eyewear. In addition you will be fully supported by a team of 17 staff members.
