Flame Health Optical Sales - Regional Sales Representative Job - South West:

Flame Health are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Representative within the South Western area of the UK for a Multinational company who are a world leader in the manufacture of optical and electronic instruments for the medical and ophthalmic sectors.

Your role would be responsible for the promotion of the company’s ocular products to the ophthalmic and optometric industry, whilst also maximising the sales of the same products to all interested parties within your region.

Your core responsibilities would fall under the following headings:

• To work within the company’s sales and marketing strategy to achieve sales targets and market confidence in the company’s ocular products.

• To explore and develop new business opportunities.

• To achieve and maintain a high level of personal knowledge regarding the company’s and main competitors’ products.

• To be aware of new and current procedures used within the ophthalmic and optometric industry.

• To liaise with other departments to ensure that priorities relating to customers’ orders, installations, and the configuration of products are agreed.

• To comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.

• To attend internal and external training courses as and when required.

• To assist with the training of new staff.

In return you will receive a generous package with the opportunity to increase your base earnings through the achievement of targets.

Your package will include:

• Holidays 23 days per annum, rising to 25 days after 5 years service, plus all UK Statutory holidays.
