Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking to develop your career within dentistry working as part of a forward thinking, highly successful organisation within the dental sector? If so Flame Health currently have a rare opportunity for a motivated practice manager to join a successful dental practice based in the London area and would like to hear from you.

As practice manager you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects within the practice. Maintaining and improving output, quality, cost and delivery performance in accordance with the agreed business plans. Managing the practice to costs and budgets and developing and enhancing skills of practice staff. You will drive the practice forward in order to achieve key business objectives. Responsible for leadership at a practice level you will manage people performance and development. This will involve recruitment, coaching and developing staff, implementing agreed review procedures and appropriate training plans.

You will be driven; results focused and have a positive outlook. You will have experience of people management within a dental practice and will be a forward thinker / planner who critically assess their own performance. Mature, credible and capable of communicating at all levels, commanding respect from their staff. The key to the correct candidate is your pro-active confident and dynamic approach to the role. You will have a minimum of 2 years practice management experience, strong people management skills are essential as well as friving a business forward.
