Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking to develop your career within dentistry?

This new dental practice in Middlesex is looking for a practice manager on a full time basis to manage this expanding team. This is a state of the art, fully modernised practice and is computerised throughout using Exact SOE. The practice treats Mixed / NHS patients, across the four surgeries.
Candidates are required to have the specific management skills to move the business forward, and will be required to have previous examples of this achievement in their career to date. As the principal has further expansion plans, there will be new opportunities and career prospects within this role.

The surgeries within the building, are air conditioned and computerised.

Role:
Managing the practice to costs and budgets and developing and enhancing skills of practice staff. You will drive the practice forward in order to achieve key business objectives. Responsible for leadership at a practice level you will manage people performance and development. This will involve recruitment, coaching and developing staff, implementing agreed review procedures and appropriate training plans.

Ideal candidates will be driven; results focused and have a positive outlook. They will have experience of people management within a dental practice and will be a forward thinker / planner who critically assesses their own performance. Mature, credible and capable of communicating at all levels, commanding respect from their staff.

The key to the correct candidate is their pro-active confident and dynamic approach to their role. They will be required to take the practice forward and promote their services within the local area utilising their existing skills and being encouraged to further current knowledge and qualifications.

Salary £22,000 - £25,000 pro rata (negotiable)
