Flame Health Dentistry - Practice Manager Job - Central London:

Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking to develop your career within dentistry working as part of a forward thinking highly successful organisation?

Flame Health currently have a rare opportunity for a motivated practice manager to join a very successful dental practice based in Central London.

This Private practice offers treatments such as tooth whitening and aesthetic dentistry, Invisalign, Dental Implants, Crowns and Bridges, and Specialist Endodontics. The team at the practice strive to provide a high quality of professional service for all patients.

This organisation prides itself on its high quality practice environments, with modern equipment and trained support and management teams. This is combined together with ongoing investment in marketing and training so they continue to develop and prosper. They believe on genuinely empowering the clinical team, encouraging Continuing Professional Development and other skills development at all levels, gaining fully informed patient consent. As practice manager you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects within the practice. Maintaining and improving output, quality, cost and delivery performance in accordance with the agreed business plans. Managing the practice to costs and budgets and developing and enhancing skills of practice staff. You will drive the practice forward in order to achieve key business objectives. Responsible for leadership at a practice level you will manage people performance and development. This will involve recruitment, coaching and developing staff, implementing agreed review procedures and appropriate training plans.

The ideal candidate will be driven; results focused and have a positive outlook. They will have experience of people management within a dental practice and will be a forward thinker / planner who critically assesses their own performance. Mature, credible and capable of communicating at all levels, commanding respect from their staff. The key to the correct candidate is their pro-active confident and dynamic approach to their role. They will be required to take the practice forward and promote their services within the local area utilising their existing skills and being encouraged to further current knowledge and qualifications.

This position is available Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
