Flame Health Dentistry - Practice Manager Job - Cambridgeshire

A full time Practice Manager is required for this unique role in Cambridgeshire. The role will require the candidate to ensure a smooth running of the practice through following systems, ensuring the team perform to the highest of standards, training of team members, marketing and networking responsibilities and communicating daily reports of progress.

The successful candidate will lead a team of five dentists/specialists, 5 hygienists with full support staff. With lots to learn, full training will be given during the first month. The practice is totally private with incomes generated equally between Denplan and private fee paying patients, based in the city centre.

There is a requirement for the manager to have knowledge of SOE and to have good all round computer literacy. Previous experience of at least 2 years in Management is essential. The company runs an exclusive dental practice, for which the key requirement is maintaining and improving the quality of customer service, increasing the volume of patients and value of treatments.
