Flame Health Dentistry - Lead Associate Dentist Job - East Sussex:

Our client is currently looking for a private Lead Associate Dentist to join them in their successful East Sussex dental practice.

The position has come about as a result of the current associate retiring. The dentist’s income comes from a mix of private paying patients and Denplan patients.

The location of the practice is ideal for this and the practice as a whole is continually developing more and more private income over recent years. Candidates are required to have private dentistry experience from the UK, ideally from a Senior or lead/principal role. A minimum of 7 years working totally private is essential.

The most important requirement is a high standard of dental work, which will be required at interview stage, to be demonstrated. In addition they must have the right kind of communication skills to manage the other dentists and staff, taking responsibility for the progress of the practice. Along with this requirement, references will be required from a private practice owner where the candidate has previously worked, or for the candidate to demonstrate increasing turnover within their own practice.

It would be of great advantage if candidates have special interests, particularly in Cosmetic Dentistry.

On successful appointment to the practice, the dentist will first take part in an induction program, after which they will begin work. The practice is prized on it’s quality and the position should produce 6 figure earnings before tax.
