Flame Health Dentistry - Associate Dentist Job - West Yorkshire

Flame Health are currently recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join this established independant dental practice in West Yorkshire.

Working with a team of staff who strive for excellence in everything they do from the smallest filling to complete oral construction. The practice has three dentists, two hygienists, a Practice Manager and fully qualified ancillary staff providing predominantly NHS dental treatments.

The emphasis is on giving each and every patient a professional and friendly service in a relaxed, clean and modern environment. Each member of the dental team is highly trained to ensure that the best possible dental and customer service is given.

The practice is offering 4 - 5 days paying £23 per UDA, with 50% remuneration of all private work. There is a yearly total of 4000 - 6000 UDAs to be covered.

The team believe that genuinely empowering the clinical team, encouraging Continuing Professional Development and other skills development at all levels, gaining fully informed patient consent, being totally transparent on treatment costs and offering the widest range of treatments, has laid the foundation for the group to grow at a controlled rate for the future.
