Flame Health Dentistry - Associate Dentist Job - Northamptonshire:

We are currently representing a group of dental practices based in Northamtonshire who are looking to recruit a dedicated Lead and Associate Dentist to join their dynamic dental team. The practice has been modernised, with new PCT funding in place and growing patient demand.

In this position there is highly competitive NHS contract value for the local area (£20 per UDA) and 50% paid for private work carried out. This gives the dentist a very good chance to develop both a private list and providing private upgrade treatments.

The surgeries are equipped to the highest modern standards and are close to all town centre amenities. In this position you will be supported by fully experienced and efficient staff, allowing you to concentrate on providing first class patient care. The Group is committed to maintaining high standards within its practices. As part of this commitment the practice is constantly being updated and so has access to up to date technology, equipment and dental materials, enabling you to work in an environment where you are provided with everything you need in order to perform an outstanding service for your patients.

The group prides itself on providing a comfortable yet professional environment, thus allowing continued patient growth and excellent staff retention.

The owners have one other practice in the area and require a lead dentist and an associate to take on 12,000 UDAs between them in this role. The Lead dentist is required to have 2-3 years experience, with at least 1 year in the UK.

Depending on the experience of the Lead dentist, the associate may be able to be mentored in they have lass than 1 year post graduation experience.
