Flame Health’s Dentistry Division are currently recruiting for an associate dentist based in the Humberside area.

The position can be offered as a full - time permanent or Locum role. There are up to 8000 UDAs available with a gross of £20 per UDA.

The client is committed to providing first class NHS and affordable dentistry to local communities, to improve people’s oral hygiene and dependent wellbeing, and to support dental health and education programmes. Its aim is to provide affordable, accessible treatment in communities long deprived of an NHS dentist.

This client is unique amongst dental practices in that it operates as a Social Enterprise. They have partnered for many years with various organisations to meet the diverse range of needs of both local and national communities.

Candidates must be GDC registered and ideally have an active performer number as this is an NHS role. The Dentist will take over an established patient book with 8000 UDA’s at £11+ per UDA with flexibility dependent upon experience and qualifications.

They are extremely well positioned to provide and support a Dentist’s development and formally required CPD, with close links to Deaneries and experienced Dentists that are also VT trainers.

Further to this they also have a Practice that is a flagship dedicated to dental training. As a result of their growth they are able to provide career paths to capable Dentists that allow the development of new skills, experience and levels of responsibility, with commensurate financial reward.

They are also active in innovative procedures and programmes to deliver oral health care that will expand the horizons and opportunities of dentists at any stage of their working life.
