We require an experienced Clinical Research Associate to work for the UK’s largest early phase Clinical Research Organisation, to expand their career as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA). Background

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Clinical Research Associate to help supervise and lead the clinical monitoring team. If you have a ’can do’ attitude and are motivated by responsibility and opportunity, then this role offers you the chance to apply your expertise and be rewarded for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities

Help supervise the Clinical Monitoring team.
Take the lead role in monitoring studies to ensure excellence in quality and integrity of data, and compliance with SOP’s and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree level education.
Extensive monitoring experience with the Pharmaceutical/CRO sectors.
Ideally some staff supervision experience.
Good communication skills are also essential, as you will be liaising with Data Management and Pharma clients as well as colleagues across the business.
Meticulous attention to detail, and be committed to developing your career.
