We are recruiting for a director level candidate within the field of Integrated Voice Response Systems (IVRS). This high profile and highly responsible position will provide leadership to product developments for new and current clients.

Background

Our client develops and offers a portfolio of sophisticated and innovative technology-based products and services that facilitate clinical drug development and are designed to decrease time to peak sales. The company is responsible for developing Integrated Voice Response Systems for the pharmaceutical industry using cutting edge technologies.

Due to extensive growth, this exciting and challenging senior appointment will be to assume regional leadership for IVRS European project management, focusing on IVRS services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. You would also serve as a senior level liaison between the software development organization and the software validation organization to ensure all project specific technology and regulatory requirements are met.

You would lead the delivery of quality services on time and on budget, act as a liaison with other IVRS management staff to ensure the proper deployment of company wide initiatives and assist in the overall direction in the areas of proposal development/management, pricing, project tracking/management, personnel management with a focus on project management staff and participating in client meetings. A major part of the role is to manage strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Hold regular meetings with staff and, as necessary, project teams to monitor progress and assure that out-of-scope situations are identified and addressed.
Support communication flow in matrix organization to ensure collaboration across project team for efficient achievement of project goals.
Review department forecasting and revenue through project-specific reporting and meetings to ensure achievement of department financial targets.
Develop, as necessary, and ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures.
Participate in meetings with existing clients and/or presentations to prospective clients, as needed.
Approve project assumptions through collaboration with development and validation teams to ensure adequate prospective project resource allocation.
Be responsible for quality and regulatory compliance of deliverables working closely with Quality Management staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Science in the life sciences (candidates with MBA preferred).
We are seeking a bold and imaginative individual, someone with extensive client facing and management skills.
You will have an extensive track record in responsibility for P&L as well as having supported Business Development teams in a strategic position.
Fluency in English and German are essential.
You will come from a Project Management clinical background, having utilised a variety of IVRS systems and ideally supervised the implementation of such services.
Working with CTMS would additionally be beneficial.
You will come from a technology background. Experience of having worked within the Clinical technology arena is essential, as is extensive Project Management line management from a senior level.
The successful candidate to have managed high value profit and loss accounts with full responsibility/accountability.
You must have a background of extensive line management within a project management environments
