Flame Health Clinical Research - Clinical Research Associate Job - Buckinghamshire:

Flame Pharma is recruiting Clinical Research Associates for a world leader in providing clinical resourcing solutions to the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Our client is looking to increase their extensive workforce by recruiting a Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) to work with a number of their various blue chip customers.

Working for our client is particularly attractive because of the breadth of opportunity they are able to offer either on a permanent or contract basis, working on multiple projects for the leading pharmaceutical and clinical research organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day functional and organisational activities of clinical trial management
  • Liaise with CRAs and Sponsors to track study progress and milestones; regulate quality standards; resolve logistic and practical issues, and promote the team-working environment
  • Assist Project Management with the day-to-day running of international clinical studies
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the study protocol and other relevant documentation
  • Initiate and follow through the formal processes for Site/Investigator selection and clinical trial review by the appropriate authorities
  • In accordance with study guidelines, visit study sites periodically, to assess the progress of the study; completion and verification of study data and patient records; accountability for trial materials; compliance with study procedures and GCP, and for safety monitoring 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Must have a scientific degree
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as CRA
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Co-ordination skills
  • Haematology or Schizophrenia experience desirable

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates (salary dependent on experience) as well as comprehensive training.

The position will be office based in Buckinghamshire.
